YesMed – Designing a Unified Digital Experience

YesGroup was established in 2024 following the merger of Amtech Medical (New Zealand) and the YesMedical Group of businesses, including Astir Australia, Footmedics AU, and YesMedical. Bringing these four entities together under one umbrella brand, YesGroup introduced a new structure and trading names, rebranding the businesses as YesAllied, YesPodiatry, and YesMedical to create a more unified healthcare offering across Australia and New Zealand.

As part of this transition, YesMed required an updated digital experience that reflected the new brand architecture while modernising an existing website that had not undergone a significant design refresh in several years.

The Approach

The project focused on delivering UX and web design for the new YesMed website in Figma, including wireframing and responsive desktop and mobile designs for an already functional platform. The objective was to modernise the visual experience while ensuring continuity with existing content and functionality, allowing the business to evolve its digital presence without disrupting operations.

Working closely with the updated brand direction, Emote designed a series of static pages aligned with the new trading names and rebranding across YesAllied, YesPodiatry, and YesMedical. The design approach prioritised clarity, usability, and a clean, contemporary aesthetic, ensuring the website felt fresh, professional, and cohesive across all entities.

To support the client’s development timeline, the project was delivered in two structured rounds. Priority pages were completed first, enabling the development team to begin implementation immediately while remaining pages were finalised in parallel. This staged approach allowed design and development to progress simultaneously, accelerating overall delivery.

The Outcome

Emote successfully delivered all required designs for the new YesMed website, providing a modernised and cohesive digital foundation aligned with the organisation’s rebrand. The updated designs introduced a cleaner, more contemporary user experience while supporting the new unified brand structure.

In addition to completing the design work, Emote supported YesMed’s internal design team with file migration, ensuring full access to the Figma files for ongoing in-house updates and future scalability. The collaborative process enabled a smooth handover, and the client expressed strong satisfaction with both the final design outcome and the delivery approach.
