Our wonderful client SupportAbility created a cloud-based solution to streamline and simplify client management, service delivery and NDIS billing. They approached us for a website to communicate their point of difference, with an aim to generate more demo requests.
The challenge
SupportAbility builds software for NDIS providers. Its cloud based platform brings client management, service delivery and NDIS billing into one place, so providers spend less time moving between separate systems.
The product had a clear point of difference. The website was not communicating it, and it was not generating the volume of demo requests the business wanted.
The brief was for a website that could make that point of difference plain and turn interest into demo requests.
The new custom WordPress website needed improved UX and mobile functionality, while also making internal management easier and reducing maintenance.
The audiences were varied too, from providers weighing up a platform to existing users looking for technical detail, and each needed a different route through the content.
Approach
We started from scratch with a complete user experience overhaul to simplify the customer journey. The UX was designed to guide the different target audiences to the information areas relevant to them, and mobile functionality was treated as a core requirement rather than an afterthought.
The website also became a reference hub for technical and sales information, bringing those materials together in a clear, usable structure.

The work
The resulting design uses easy to use navigation shaped around the target audiences’ requirements and browsing habits. Brochures and technical product information are stored in downloadable tabs, helping keep the design crisp and clean.
The custom WordPress build means the SupportAbility team can manage the website internally with less maintenance, and the clearer journey gives every visitor a short path to the demo request.
