Suzuki Motorcycles Australia: five years keeping a dealer network’s digital front door open.

Suzuki Motorcycles Australia’s website powers a nationwide dealer locator, a Build Your Bike configurator and a live sync between dealer stock and every model page. We have kept that system running through ongoing website support since 2021.

The challenge

A website that cannot afford to go quiet.

A website built around a national dealer network cannot afford to go quiet. Suzuki Motorcycles Australia’s website connects a WordPress front end to a custom Laravel API layer that keeps dealer stock, locations and pricing in sync, alongside a Build Your Bike configurator that carries a customer through finance and insurance to a nominated dealer.

Every one of those moving parts needed a support team that understood how they fit together. A dealer sync that fell out of step could stall a customer mid purchase, so response time mattered as much as the fix. A brand built around precision engineering could not be represented online by a website that stumbled.

The approach

The same team since 2021.

We have supported Suzuki Motorcycles Australia’s website since 2021, with the same team that understands the Laravel API and dealer sync handling every request. Reactive fixes are triaged alongside proactive work: security hardening through two factor authentication, bot protection and penetration testing, hosting migrated to Cloudways, and a back end uplift program moving Suzuki’s bike stock and model information onto a more resilient, CSV based source of truth.

When website latency once generated more than fifty customer facing complaints in a day, we traced it to the cookie banner and disabled it while building a permanent fix, putting the customer experience ahead of any one component.

The shift

A dealer network never stops changing, so the support behind its website cannot stop either.
