Workforce One: a professional website for workforce management.

Workforce One is an all-in-one workforce management platform created by the team at Codehouse. It brings together everything businesses need to manage people and operations in one place: from recruitment and payroll to debtors and workforce scheduling.

The challenge

What needed to change.

The platform was built to simplify the complex, giving Australian businesses a single, reliable way to run their workforce efficiently. But while the product had evolved, the website had not kept up. It was packed with information yet lacked clear pathways to help visitors take action. It was not easy to understand what Workforce One offered, and even harder to find how to get in touch or book a demo.

The team wanted a website that looked more trustworthy and modern, spoke directly to its audience, and helped potential clients quickly see the value of the product and feel confident starting a conversation.

Approach

How the work took shape.

We decided to rebuild rather than patch. The existing website had accumulated content faster than structure, so the starting point was to work out what a prospective client actually needs to know, in what order, and what they should do next. Recruitment, payroll, debtors and workforce scheduling would each get a clear section, with technical detail held back until it was useful.

WordPress was chosen as the platform, giving the Codehouse team a straightforward system for keeping the website current as the product keeps evolving.

Design had one job: make Workforce One look like the reliable, established software provider it is. That meant a professional, modern look, a clear hierarchy for each message and a structure that feels approachable rather than dense.

Calls to action were planned into every section so that booking a demo or contacting the team would never be more than a click away, turning interest into enquiry at the moment it arises.

The shift

A website packed with information only works once it tells a visitor what to do next.
