Robin is the latest addition to the Emote team, and it’s not hard to see why he impressed us. Read on to find out more about Robin and what makes him tick.
What do you do at Emote ?
As a student in graphic design I help to create visuals, logos, animations or any kind of graphic supports. I also work to develop social media and create content.
What is your professional background?
My first job started in an advertising agency, it was more in a communication aspect than a creative process. After that I worked in Station F in Paris, which is the world biggest start-up campus incubator. I was developing a brand from scratch, it was a really instructive for my vision of business and how people can work with passion.
What do you like doing for fun?
I love going out in the street with my skateboard and my camera, discover things and enjoy. I’m also a huge fan of surf and hiking in the nature.
If you could pick a super power what would it be and why?
I’d love to change myself into any animal I want, at any time. It would be crazy to fly when you want to, go deep in the ocean, explore earth from any point of view.
Who is your role model and why?
I’m an admirer of Mike Horn. This guy is never afraid to face things and he do all he can to achieve his dreams, I like it.
What are your top three business and brand tips for 2018?
- Don’t consider people as customers but as real people who are interested in being a part of your business. We can see that with Uber, Airbnb and more.
- Be transparent in all your actions. It’s really important to show that you’re honest and you have nothing to hide from your clients. If people can see the whole process they will trust in your brand.
- Create your own content and always be creative. Have your own footprint and be different as a basic rule.
