The client needed to target audiences who were either in need of care or seeking placement as carers. It was essential that the new website was appealing and pleasing to navigate for these two user groups.
Most pages on the previous website were very text heavy. We developed a new UX to allow the user to choose to view more information after selecting a specific section or page on the website.
Integrated with Zoho CRM for form fills, which allows us to pull through available jobs that are synced through ONCALL’s CRM. This helps them to better serve and appeal to carers seeking placement.
