What Do You Do at Emote?

I am a part of the social media team! My day-to-day role includes looking after Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns while also managing organic content for social platforms.

What Is Your Professional Background?

I started my career as a social media intern while studying at uni. I instantly fell in love with the thought and creativity that went into developing social media campaigns for brands.
From there I attained my first role as a digital marketing assistant, learning about all the different aspects of digital marketing before being promoted to a Social Media Coordinator role.

What Do You like Doing for Fun?

Other than hanging out with my dogs I love to play video games and make costumes for events. Also, a couple of wine tours here and there….

If You Could Pick a Superpower What Would It Be and Why?

This was a tough one for me. But, I’d have to go with healing ability! I’d have the ability to heal myself (I’d never have to go to the dentist again) and also be able to heal others.

Who Is Your Role Model and Why?

My parents will forever be my role models. I have never met two people who care more about others than they do of themselves.

What Are Your Top Three Social Media Tips for 2019?

  1. Do not underestimate the power of Instagram stories
  2. Keep creating engaging video creative
